Larry Goodman went to the University of Alabama and has held various roles in the real estate business for over 27 years. He started out as a commercial real estate appraiser and then moved into institutional real estate money management. Currently, he is the COO of a national multifamily property management firm operating out of Texas. He is elated when he gets to spend time with family, travel and create memories.
I oversee the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily property management firm with 700 properties and over 3600 employees. My day is never the same. I enjoy collaborating with the team members and am always identifying ways to operate more efficiently and effectively for the benefit of our customers (internal and external).
Real estate is a tangible asset and it requires hands-on oversight. I really enjoy the opportunity my job gives me to create value through effective strategies and solutions. Every property is different and to ensure the success of each project is challenging yet fun. It is always rewarding to see positive results from hard work.
It varies from one day to the other and I try to utilize email as much as possible to reduce paper usage.
A colleague who has been using SignEasy since the time it was launched recommended it to me. And once I started using SignEasy, I was hooked!
With SignEasy, I always know that I have the ability to execute a document anytime in a quick and efficient manner. I do not have to wait around or worry about the logistics of how a document will get executed. Essentially, I am always available because I use SignEasy.
SignEasy has certainly enabled execution of documents in real time! Internal and external customers needing a signature no longer have to wait if I am away from my desk or out of the office. In the process, SignEasy has brought down paper and printing costs.
SignEasy is extremely easy to use, quick and very intuitive. The ability to scale the size of the signature, allow customization and provide a copy of the signed documents are great features built into the app.
